Company address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
Certain features of the Service may be offered as beta, preview, or testing features, including AI Chat Editor. These features may change over time, and their availability, supported models, limits, and functionality may be modified, restricted, or discontinued.

- Automatically collected information: IP address, device and browser data, operating system, usage logs, cookies, session activity, error logs, and interaction data.
- Mobile device and advertising identifiers: when you use our mobile apps, we and our attribution partner collect device identifiers such as the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA), the Apple Vendor Identifier (IDFV), the Google Advertising ID, and an app-generated device identifier, together with app install and first-open events, install source, campaign information, and device platform and version.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process your requests, including image generation, editing, AI chat, and related outputs.
- To train, improve, evaluate, monitor, and secure our AI systems and related models, including uploaded content, text inputs, prompts, instructions, and outputs submitted through the Service. At this time, such processing is a core part of how the Service operates, and we do not offer an opt-out from such training or improvement use unless we expressly state otherwise.
- To develop, test, evaluate, and improve beta, preview, and experimental features.
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising, and to attribute app installs, registrations, and purchases to the marketing channel or campaign that brought you to us.
- To communicate service updates, feature changes, account notices, billing notices, and support responses.
- To detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, misuse, security incidents, or technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy.
Your use of the Service must also comply with our Terms of Service, including the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Confidential or Unreleased Designs
Any content you upload, including confidential, unreleased, proprietary, or commercially sensitive designs, may be processed and used to operate, train, evaluate, and improve our AI systems and Service.
If you require strict confidentiality, you should not upload such materials to the Service.
Infinity is not responsible for any disclosure, model learning effect, reuse risk, or unintended use of confidential content resulting from your decision to upload it.
5. Beta Features and AI Chat Editor
AI Chat Editor and certain other features may be offered on a beta, preview, or testing basis.
When you use AI Chat Editor or other beta features, we may process your text inputs, prompts, uploaded images, instructions, generated outputs, and related usage data to provide the feature and to improve, evaluate, test, secure, and maintain the Service.
Available models, providers, and processing routes may vary depending on the feature, request type, subscription plan, system availability, safety considerations, or other operational factors.
Beta features may have separate eligibility requirements, usage limits, supported models, or availability conditions, and these may change over time.
We may use information related to beta features to analyze quality, performance, adoption, reliability, abuse prevention, and product development.
6. Legal Basis (for EU/UK users)
Where required by applicable law, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract performance.
- Legitimate interests, including service improvement, model training, security, abuse prevention, analytics, and product development.
- Legal obligations.
- Consent, for example for marketing communications and for marketing attribution or advertising measurement where required.
7. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data
We retain personal data we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, such as to provide the Service you requested, improve and secure our systems, enforce our agreements, or comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal data, we will delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal data and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
We may retain certain account, billing, transaction, support, and security information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations and legitimate business needs.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect our current practices, beta feature changes, and compliance with applicable laws. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
If we make material changes to the way we collect, use, store, or share your personal data, we will take appropriate measures to notify you, for example through email or a notice on our website.
We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
9. Sharing Your Information
We may share information with:
- Affiliates and service providers, including hosting, analytics, customer support, infrastructure, security, and payment providers.
- Third-party AI model providers, processors, or technical partners that help us operate features such as AI Chat Editor, image generation, editing, and related requests.
- Mobile attribution and marketing measurement partners. We use AppsFlyer to measure which marketing channels and campaigns bring users to our mobile apps. We share device identifiers, app install and usage events, and subscription and purchase events (forwarded through our in-app purchase provider, RevenueCat) with AppsFlyer for this purpose.
- Regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other governmental authorities where legally required or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
- Business partners or counterparties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, restructuring, or similar transaction.
10. International Data Transfers
All data is stored and processed in the United States.
For international users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards where required for cross-border transfers.
11. Cookies, SDKs, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our website.
Types of cookies we use include:
- Essential cookies - required for basic site functionality, such as logging in, maintaining sessions, and security.
- Performance and analytics cookies - to understand how the Service is used and to improve user experience (for example, Google Analytics).
- Functional cookies - to remember preferences and improve usability.
You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings. However, some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies.
Mobile apps. Our iOS and Android apps do not use cookies. Instead, they include third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect device identifiers and app event data for analytics, crash reporting, subscription management, and marketing attribution. These currently include Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, and performance), Sentry (error reporting), Statsig (feature experimentation), RevenueCat (subscription management), and AppsFlyer (marketing attribution).
Your choices on mobile devices:
- iOS: we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your advertising identifier. If you decline, we do not access your IDFA. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised advertising, in your device settings.
- Declining tracking does not limit any feature of the Service.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and restrictions on employee access to personal data.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Request data portability.
- Object to or restrict certain processing in some circumstances.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Opt out of tracking and of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as described in Section 11.
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Please note that where we process data as necessary to provide the Service, ensure safety, or improve our AI systems as described in this Policy, some rights may be limited under applicable law. At this time, withdrawal of consent does not apply to mandatory processing necessary for operation of the Service, including AI model training or improvement, unless we expressly state otherwise.
14. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years old, or under 16 where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable age threshold.
